The law office of Hubbard/van Nagell, PSC was founded in 2024 by its principals,  Bryan Hubbard and Jo Alice van Nagell.  Bryan practiced exclusively in the arena of workers’ compensation law for 16 years, with Jo Alice beginning her practice in a full-service insurance firm and later transitioning to an almost exclusive workers’ compensation defense practice in 1992.   Hubbard/van Nagell represents insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators throughout Kentucky, with Jo Alice also being licensed to practice in Tennessee.
